Idea Selection

The Most Practical Idea: Competency Test

Competency test to find out where the student can give his best; is it something related to business/management or he is more inclined towards knowledge and understanding the science or somewhere else like politics/humanitarian/arts/history/economies etc. Competency test result will help the teacher to understand the student mindset and will help to inculcate more of it.

The most disruptive idea: Mentor for student based on their wants and Interest

There is needless to say the Student, teacher ratio is very much disruptive based on country, city, states, economy etc. Mentor can be anyone, like teacher, tutor, cousin, SMEs, Individual who can guide the student even if at a smaller scale. Behind every great person there is a mentor in form of academics, parents, SMEs but not everyone gets this opportunity. I feel if we assign a mentor for student based on their wants and interest it will uplift the confidence amongst children and they wont be scared to do anything in their life.

My favourite idea: Different Passing Grades based on wants.

Different passing grades based on wants; lets face it we don’t expect a future business-man who is into technology development do great in Biology practical or chemistry exams. Hence different passing grades based on the interest of students can be decided which will help the student to behold the confidence level. Many a times, people change their subjects because they have lost the self-confidence.
