1. What kind of things are in the magazine?• Fashion, music, art, photography2. Who is the audience/target audience? How do you know? aimed at a niche audience of sophisticated young adults (19-24) who have an interest in these topics, as well as non-mainstream music.

3. How is the magazine organised/structures?• Minimalistic. The cover usually has a headshot of the months cover star and the

articles are mostly plain text with images strategically arranged to look slightly out of place in the text.

with the theme of the magazine.

The Wire is a magazine dedicated to music – especially undiscovered musicians.

In this magazine the tone could be described as calm and peaceful due to the use of white, cream and light shades of brown.

This is the front cover of the magazine and we can see that it uses special effects and is an example of visual hierarchy.

This is article is targeted at young adults or those who have watched the original version of ‘Carrie’ because it is a remake of the film ‘Carrie’ This is targeted towards a mass audience because those who have watched the old ‘Carrie’ might want to compare the difference between the then and now ‘Carrie’

My double spread page article would be placed in the middle of the magazine because it is where most article that are about upcoming movies/ documentaries

The adverts are mostly about upcoming films mostly sci-fi and/or thriller and horror films

The magazine contained articles about the history of ‘Doctor Who’ and the up and coming new episodes of ‘Doctor who’

● A double page spread would cost around an estimate of £900 or a little more because it’s a double page spread and would cost more than just having a little advert in a magazine or newspaper and also considering the type of magazine.
