Job Purpose
- To provide assistance to the marketing team and management on all department based projects, internally and externally.
- To apply relevant skills and knowledge to the position within the department in order to develop personal competencies and support colleague development.
- To acquire a comprehensive knowledge of all processes within the marketing department and apply them to the needs of the business.
- To engage in all company initiatives with regards to all corporate social responsibility; aiming to work ethically within the community.
- To continually deliver and develop exemplary levels of customer service.
- Engage with the various teams within the marketing department to gain a full understanding of the marketing requirements of Venture Car.
Job Responsibilities
- To provide administrative support across all team projects.- Effectively communicate with all members of the department.- Build, manage and maintain strong relationships with a core group of clients.- Liaise with clients to establish a strong marketing network.- To report to a designated personal development mentor providing evidence of progression (in terms of
skill development, personal time management and integration into the organizational culture)- Observe all health and safety regulations imposed by the organization.- Attend all relevant departmental meetings
