Ribbons were used to connect the data collected to the appropriate place on the production floor blue print. Sticky notes were used to account for raw materials: vendor, amounts and OSI storage.

  • Assembly Value Stream MappingTools like brainstorming were used to find possible new solutions. Each solution was then prioritized as a future Kaizen event, 5S, TPM or PQI project.These events will be taking place during the next 12 months.

  • H13 Assembly Value Stream MappingDaily communication with the H13 Production Floor was a high priority for this Kaizen Team.A recap was posted onto the department bulletin board as well as a notation on the Inter-Shift Communication Board.This daily communication effort positively impacted shop floor feedback and helped with associate buy-in.
