Name of the company is Aseel shoes. That offers variety of

shoes for women

Aseel is a Persian word that means original

It inspired by BATA shoes that is famous for comfort and

quality

It considers different market segments in women from

children's to teenage and young’s to aged people

And it offers variety of shoes from converse, sneakers and

flats to heals and slippers

starts

Its strategic location (closeness) to Tajikistan, Uzbekistan and

Turkmenistan facilitate importing machinery and technical

staff from there

This business hasn’t started yet. But works are in progress to

doing such

And it’s a partnership between me and my father that capital

provide by him

Mission:

This vision can achieve by providing products with high

quality in low cost of production for women and different

status of people from lower class to middle class and also

considering high class

Main factory will locate on Mazar e Sharif in 4 acres land in

main zone

And the type of building that we are having is a factory along

with its warehouse

That previously used as factory for making soaps

And this building is having the facilities of light, parking and

transportation

Aseel shoes are serving different market segments in women

that includes children's , Teenagers , Young's and aged people

It offers variety of shoes from converse, flat, sneakers for

children to heals and boots to teenage and it considers new

fashion and offer different choices to young from high heels to

rain boots

This product is solving the problem of not having a product of

low cost with high quality and local touch that not only

fashionable, but economical as well

These products can produce with the help of machines and

experts that requires in production process

And we can import these machines from Uzbekistan cause

they are good in technique and can provide us required

machines at low cost

At first we can start our business with $20.000 investment that

$10.000 can use in import of machinery and remaining amount

can use in other expenses

The plus point is the availability of land for us. That we

already have it and production cost will reduced somehow

And one unit take few minutes to produce if we use machines

correctly

In initial stages we are not going for foreign exports and

market segmentation. Cause we are not having enough budget

to fill demands

For making shoes we need raw materials like: leather, wood,

rubber, plastic, jute, metal or other plant materials

We generally categorize women footwear products by types as

follows:

Dress and casual / Leather footwear:

This is a type of footwear for the normal daily working

environment . Usually this type of foot where uses leather

materials as the main component but for the lower market,

man-made synthetic material also can be used

Trainers is a type of footwear for women training / sports

activities and is usually more durable – as it is designed to

resist sudden impact in sports movement – and yet

comfortable. Today, this particular type of footwear use a

combination of leather, man made synthetic textile, rubber,

plastic and other polymers

Safety / working / heavy-duty footwear.

Safety footwear is a type of footwear for harsh environment,

such as in mining industry, rescue, building construction. a

Pull-Up leather(leather with a deep texture finished surface is

Parts of shoe

A shoe consist of sole, midsole, heel, and vamp(upper). They

are the basic parts of a shoe that are included in all type of

shoes

Other parts of shoes are lining ,tongue , quarter, welt and

backstay. These parts are included as per design of the shoes

Sole:

The exterior bottom part of a shoe is the sole

Insole:

The interior bottom of shoe, which sits directly beneath the

foot. They can be removable too.

Midsole:

The layer that lies between the outsole and the insole for shock

absorption, is the midsole

Heel:

The rear part at the bottom of a shoe is the heel. It supports the

heal of the feet. Heel of a shoe are often made from the same

material as the sole of the shoe

Vamp, or upper:

The upper part of a shoe that helps in holding the shoe onto the

foot is the vamp or simply called the upper.

Step 7.(Applying Coating)

Hot coating is applied to the ground out leather and a face is

made, ink is the applied and polished. The bottom can be

ornamented or decorated with various type of coating

Step 8.(Finishing Touches)

Oil and dirt which attached themselves during the

manufacturing process are washed off, and the shoe is polished

with cream.

After completion of production process we can store products

for the initial time period in our own factory warehouse cause

the amount of products that produced is not that much

But later on we can get another warehouse on rent that could

store our products

For this business we need leather, plastic, rubber and other raw

materials in larger quantity that could supply by local suppliers

of Mazar e Sharif at low cost

And also Mazar e Sharif is a known name for leather

Another plus point is its closeness to manufacturing company

that we could save extra transportation cost

In Mazar e Sharif there is no specific suppliers and small

businesses available to supply your products , so the best way

to supply is small traders

At initial stages we are distributing our products free of cost

for customers to attract them and know their responses

Later on we are selling our products at lower price with high
