ASQ Raleigh Community Good Works

The Community Good Works Program is seeking volunteers who want an opportunity to become involved in

participating, educating, giving back, learning, teaching, sharing, and growing with our community. The

ASQ Community Good Works Program is aimed at stimulating the use of quality practices in the

improvement of our communities. Communities will have the benefit of hands-on learning by working with

quality professionals. Volunteers benefit as follows:

give back to the community/community involvement

project management experience gained is used toward ASQ certification/recertification

requirements

match interests to available project initiatives

opportunity to work/interact with other ASQ Raleigh members

You are invited to volunteer - offer your expertise, learn/teach something new, get involved! For more

information, please contact Community Good Works chair Bill Michaud at [email protected] or 919-900-

0381

What do we need help with?

1. We are forming a committee to select the projects, organize volunteers, and communicate with

our members and the community. We are looking for approximately 5 people who have a

passion around helping in the community.

2. We would like to build a bank of potential volunteers. So, if this sounds like something you might

like to do put your name in and we will contact you when a project is selected.

3. Help us connect with a Non-Profit organization that could benefit from experts applying quality

practices. Do you have a suggestion?
