The ASM Material Manager software has a modular structure. Thismeans that every employee in every function, for every processand at every workstation can be given optimum support -completely paperless. This starts with the assignment of UIDs forincoming packs from suppliers and communication with ERP andmerchandise management systems, continues with the control ofautomatic storage systems and the output of route-optimizedpicking lists, and extends to setup verification and the recording ofreplenishment requirements and consumption data directly fromthe SIPLACE placement solutions.
