Q: Would these work good for kickboxing (FXB) classes? A: I am not sure about Kickboxing. I have used mine for P90X Kenpo but we don't use bags at all. I will say that the lateral support for Plyometrics is outstanding as well as pivoting on carpeted and/or hard surfaces.
