Speaker: Eric Tao, AGI Capital Over the past 12 years, Tao has led the acquisition, enti-
tlement, financing, and development of over 1,000 multifamily residential units in the San Francisco Bay Area with a focus on transit oriented urban infill projects. As the managing princi-pal of Avant Housing and AGI Capital Group, he is currently overseeing the development of an additional 900+ units in the emerging San Francisco SoMa, Dogpatch and Mission districts of which more than 700 units will be built to LEED Gold standards.
