Message from the Staff To the seniors and team of 2015:
To say that seniors of the 2015 football season is a special group would be a huge understatement. Talented, dedicated, compassionate, and determined are just a few attributes of this band of brothers. The legacy of this team goes far beyond the triumphs on the field leading up to the state championship game played just over a week ago. This season they became a positive outlet for the community during times of tragedy and sadness. This group of seniors had high expectations for themselves going back to the time they entered high school. New members of the class joined their quest as if they had always been together. Their collective effort and dedication is unrivaled during my time as head coach. Their ability to persevere in the face of adversity is extraordinary.
This seniors class leaves an impressive legacy: First team to win a semifinal game since 1998. . Sixth team in school history to play for the OSAA state championship. Seven Consecutive OSAA 5A playoff appearanceDuring this three year span, these boys have participated and contributed to the Varsity program: 2013-2015 Overall Varsity Record 31-7 2013-2015 Home Record: 17-1 2013/2015 Back to back Pacific Rim Bowl Champions 2013 Midwestern League Champions
We want to thank all our player and appreciate their decision to play and commit to our program. Our staff would like to thank the seniors and their parents for their effort and devotion. You have lived up to the core values displayed on the back of our stadium. The words Effort and Class has been said time and time again this year and we are very grateful that you can show others what that looks like. The words Family and Tradition are internal values that you also appreciated and displayed to each other, your family and alumni who have been in your shoes.
We wish you the best of luck in your future endeavors and remember that you will always be part of the Grizzly football family.
Sincerely,
