1. Dental Education and Freebies to patientsWe should seek to educate our patients about proper dental care as well as on the treatments suggested. We will encourage patients to develop good preventative care habits. Education should consist of best brushing and flossing techniques along with possible risks if good oral health is not maintained. And also as a way of encouragement to them, we can give them free toothbrush and floss. In that way, our patients will feel our concern for their oral health.

2. Building an exceptional dental team and staff

Good dental care is delivered by a good dental team. The quality of teamwork is closely linked to the quality of care the team provides. All members of the dental team contribute to the patient’s experience of dental treatment, and all have a role to play in making the best possible contribution to patient care.

ability to connect with and empathize with patients. We should genuinely care about our oral health, and use our empathetic qualities to put patients at ease. This will make performing our procedures less stressful for our patients so that they can feel our care for them.

• Also we should ensure patients that they are in good hands, we should have proper infection control and safety measures in our dental procedures
