PETITION TO SPLIT AND ORISSUANCE OF SEPARATE TITLE

VERIFIED PETITION

Petitioners, unto this office of REGISTRY OF DEEDS of Iligan City, most respectfully allege that:

1. Petitioners are of legal ages married to each other and residents of Brgy. Tubod, Baraas, Iligan City;

2. Petitioners, in December 2014, purchased from HILARION T. FELICIANO AND SONS, INC. a parcel of land consisting of TWO HUNDRED FOUR (204) SQUARE METERS, more or less, covered by TCT No. T-28330 (a.f)

3. Said is a subject of subdivision survey with duly approved subdivision plan under PSD-12-008132. Copy of the duly approved subdivision plan is hereto attached as annex “A” hereof;

4. The petitioners lot aforesaid under the approved subdivision plan is described to wit:

“A parcel of residential land (Lot 5, Block-8 of the subd. Plan, PSD-12-001832, being a portion of Lot 1, Pcs-12-000286, situated in the Barrio of Bara-as, Tubod, City of Iligan, Island of Mindanao, Bounded on the NW., along line 2-3 by Lot 4; on the NE., along line 3-5 by Lot 3-B, (LRC) Psd-105291 on the SE., along line 5-1 by Lot G; on the SW., along line 1-2 by Road Lot 6, all of the subd. Plan, containing an area of TWO HUNDRED FOUR (204) SQUARE METERS, more or less, together with all the improvements existing thereon, covered by Transfer Certificate of Title No. T-28, 330 (a.f) and Tax declaration No. 02-040-12644”

5. Petitioners intend that the subject lot with the corresponding technical description be split with the mother title and be issued with separate title in the name of the petitioners;

6. The petition is grounded on good faith and is filed for practical reasons; the granting hereof will not prejudice rights of any party whatsoever.

WHEREFORE, it is most respectfully prayed that the petition be granted and that Lot 5, Block-8 of the subd. Plan, PSD-12-001832. Be split from the mother title and be issued with separate and individual title directly in the name of SPS. HARRY SUAN & JONA SUAN.
