The Voter Index, since the early 1970’s, has been an annual rating system evaluating the voting record of each member of Congress on what the ASCF considers the important national security issues of the day. The considerations expressed herein are solely those of the ASCF and should not be atributed to any Member of Congress or any other person referred to herein.
