RECRUITMENT PROCEDURE

RECRUITMENT PROCESS STARTS AFTER RECEIVING THE FOLLOWING DOCUMENT FROM OUR FOREIGN PRINCIPALS:

•Power of attorney attested from Chamber of commerce and Foreign Ministry (according to Saudi labor law this document should be made through Saudi registered Employment office). Original

•Demand letter attested from Chamber of Commerce and Foreign Ministry of your country (original).

•Visa slip. (Copy or original according to the visa slip quantity).

•Copy of Commercial registration for your company and of the local recruitment office.

STEPS TO FOLLOW:

- PERMISSION FROM THE PROTECTOR OF EMIGRANTS: The documents received from the employer are submitted to the Emigrants (Govt. of Pakistan), for necessary registration / permission.

-PRESS ADVERTISEMENT: Thereafter, the vacancies are advertised through leading National Newspaper, to attract large number of candidates against the demand(s) received.

-INTERVIEW CALLS: On evaluation of the applications received, short listing of the deserving candidates is initiated and call letters are issued for provisional interview and trade test etc.

-FINAL SELECTION: The short listed candidates are thereafter required to appear before the selection board. And the selected candidates are put to trade tests. The final rating is done after consideration of the individual’s overall performance.

-MEDICAL TEST: The finally selected candidates are required to appear before the Medical Board comprising of highly competent specialist for conducting of the complete medical check-up. These medical centers are approved by the GCC/and the consultant of the employer’s country.

- VISA ENDORSEMENT: On completion of the required formalities, passport of the candidate along with all of the required documents are submitted for visa stamping to the Embassy/Consulate of the country of employment.

Trade Test and Training Center:

We have our facility of “Trade Test and Training Center” with strong reputation in market, we ensure proper trade test with due care, responsibility based on honest and strict observations & physical checking. Our standard of testing and training strictly confirms to International Standard. We believe that quality is never an accident. It is always the result of intelligent efforts and hard work. In fact most of the above quoted organizations insist on testing of people from us owing to their complete faith in us.

TRAININGFor training purposes we have at our disposal highly qualified and well experienced Instructors, Technicians and Engineers with increased facilities for the Training of personnel in all the Technical fields. Our sole aim has been to produce well trained personnel who could adequately meet the standard of skill and performance as demanded by the employer. Our trainees are successfully serving in the Gulf and various other countries. We are proud of the fact that a very heavy percentage of our Trained Personnel succeeded in securing lucrative employment, mostly abroad. Not a single person, trained by us, has ever been rejected or returned to Pakistan, on the grounds that the individual was not considered fit for the job. This shows our high standard of training.

COURSES DURATIONTraining in woodworking, plumbing, welding, building electrician (all types), building painting, carpenter furniture, carpenter shuttering, Masonry, Steel fixing and pipefitting is normally completed by imparting 350 hours training duration. Normal daily training working hours are 10-AM to 06-PM. However in some cases, the period of training is extended from 1 to 4 weeks. Similarly the refresher courses are completed normally in two weeks.

TEST CONDUCTING METHODS:

Testing methods are divided into two parts, (1- Oral and Aptitude Test , 2-Practical Test).

•Oral and Aptitude Test is being conducted to assess the overall capability and intelligence of the candidates. Formal opinion is formed after considering all the bio data of the candidate and after being asked general questions about the relevant trade.•Practical test is conducted under the prescribed outline of the relevant trade. The candidate is provided with all necessary tools, material and equipments. Then he is put on actual work performance. Practical tests are being arranged in our own well-equipped and established workshops at Rawalpindi, Lahore & Karachi. For specific field the tests are also arranged outside at relevant sites as well. (Drivers, Heavy Equipment Operators etc). We conduct trade test in the trades as mentioned in the statement at page-10 of this booklet. Trade test standard is strictly followed according to ISCO (International Standard Classification of Occupation) or job description provided by employer or foreign principal.

HEALTH SAFETY & ENVIRONMENT:

Besides training in specific trade / field, Special Classes are also arranged for delivering lectures to the trainees about occupational safety, first aid, other safety measures, and how to avoid danger at work place, how to ensure personal safety, methods of protection and safety measures while handling chemical material, road safety and use of protective equipments, protection from fire and finally manner and ways of helping other injured persons. To adopt discipline good order / performance and manner of dealing with seniors and others is also taught to trainees.
