Business Critical Response Time

1 hour or less within Bexar county, 2 hours or less outside BexarCounty

Non-Business Critical Response Time

3 hours or less within Bexar county, 6 hours or less outside Bexarcounty

Maximum Service Frequency

Not to exceed 5 concurrent service incidents per week

Dust-Off and Maintenance Schedule 

Corporate office and Server room – Bi-Weekly
