House / Cottage – Start of play• I think this play should start with a set at a small

cottage type house on the edge of the forest looking into the town.

Forest Scenes

• The forest scenes are very different through outthe play and I think the pictures on the slide reallywhere I want to take it. A few scenes only need a plain forest background while people are walking through and talking, and other scenes will need a bench, table or rocks to show people eating or just resting in place.

Courtyard / Wedding • A few scenes in the play need to be played in an open space such as a castle courtyard which is what these pictures represent. Also the last scene for the wedding can be represented by the picture in the bottom right.

Overall Set Themes • The structures of all the sets will be very wooded

areas in or close to the forest where most of the play seems to played in. I think with the pictures that I have displayed this theme was expressed very well.
