We Reached out to the WI DOT and located records for Carl Burnette. We located a vehicle linked to Burnette and Ongemachthat was involved in an accident in WY.

• We mail a letter to “Pierre Perignon” advising he can come in to any Iowa DOT Station and we will be able to provide him with his plastic Iowa driver’s license.

• Perignon calls and explains he has an appointment at the University of Iowa hospitals and will stop in to pick it up. His return number is immediately disconnected.

• We received a call from the Iowa City DL Station that Perignon was at the Station.

• Iowa City PD was called to detain Perignonuntil our arrival.

• Perignon was arrested without incident

• Perignon spoke freely after his arrest about heading to Hot Springs in CO to relieve his terminal illness and if unsuccessful, would go to Mexico to commit suicide.

• Perignon advised that we should find everything we need in his van.

• He was receiving SSA disability benefits as Clark

• He had evidence of teaching at a college university under one identity

• He had a nursing degree in another identity

• His biggest concern was losing his Milwaukee Library card.

• He refused to be interviewed on how he was able to manage at least 9 identities for over 40 years
