Never limited one from living a fruitful
life.
Professor Stephen W. Hawking stated in the forward of the World report on Disability (2011): “Disability need not be an obstacle to success. I have had motor neuron disease for all my adult life. Yet it has not prevented me from having a prominent career in astrophysics and a happy family life…….In fact we have a moral duty to remove the barrier to participation, and to invest sufficient fund and resources to unlock the vast potential of people with disabilities” (World Health Organisation 2011: World report on Disability. page 3.)

Until now reading aids for the visually impaired and the blind have had limited capabilities. OrCam has launched an intuitive camera-based system intended to give the visually impaired the ability to read, recognize faces, identify objects, locate bus numbers and monitor traffic lights.
