TECHNICAL REPORT SURVEY OF INDIVIDUAL ARTISTS AND CREATIVES
The focus of this report is primarily on the 1,085 respondents to the survey of Individual Artists and Creatives out of a total of 1,265 respondents who indicated an interest in at least one type of space and the 132 organizations/businesses out of 170 respondents to the Survey of Arts, Creative and Cultural Organizations and Businesses who expressed an interest in space rental in a multi-use arts facility in Asheville, NC.

2) Respondents who selected they would relocate to an affordable artist housing AND another space option.
There are 1265 total respondents who took the survey. Of those respondents 503 are interested in affordable artist housing, 575 are interested in private studio space. Under the column of both housing and other space, the 503 respondents interested in artist housing there are 251 who are also interested in private studio space, 238 are also interested in accessing shared creative space, and 146 are interested in accessing shared performing arts space.

There is a total of 503 respondents interested in affordable artist housing, 144 of the 503 are interested in affordable artist housing only.
