ARTISANS VILLAGE EXHIBITOR’S GUIDELINES Are you a potter, pickler, painter? Would you like to join us as an exhibitor at the Moose n’ Fiddle Music Festival and be a part of the Artisans Village? We invite you to apply now to participate in the Moose n’ Fiddle Music Festival. This “cool little festival at the lake” returns on Friday, August 21 and Saturday, August 22 in Nestor Falls, Ontario, Canada at beautiful Caliper Lake Provincial Park. HOW IT WORKS The organizers of the Moose n’ Fiddle Music Festival provide the following: • One 8’ folding table; • Two chairs; • A tent to provide shelter from the rain & sun; • A tablecloth to cover the folding table; • The booth space will be provided for free. EXHIBITORS [CRAFTERS/ ARTISANS] AGREE TO: • All exhibitors must set-up their booths and displays between 11am and 2pm on Friday, August 21 • All exhibitors must strike/ tear down their booths and displays from 9pm to 10pm on Saturday, August 22 HOURS OF OPERATION All artisan/crafters must be open for business to the patrons at the Moose n’ Fiddle: • 5pm to 9pm on Friday, August 21 • 1pm to 9pm on Saturday, August 22 EXHIBITOR GUIDELINES: Only approved items may be sold. All work shown MUST be the original creation of the exhibitor. Work made from kits or manufactured will not be allowed and no imported products may be sold by Juried Craft Artisans; Please keep a copy of your application for your records. Applications can be emailed to: [email protected] with the subject line; Exhibitor Application for MnF 2020 OR submitted online by completing the PDF fillable form and pressing SUBMIT; All completed applications must be submitted by May 7th, 2020 at 5pm (CST). Applicants will be notified of the jurors’ decision by Friday, May 15th. All applicants who submit a completed application on time, will be notified by email with the juror’s results; The juror’s decision will be based on creating an ARTISANS VILLAGE that includes exhibitors from a variety of craft/ artisan disciplines. Consideration will be made to curate an ARTISANS VILLAGE that provides patrons with unique goods, in a range of price points, supporting a guiding principle of accessibility and affordability. Not all applicants may be invited to participate. We thank you for your interest in participating as an EXHIBITOR at the Moose n’ Fiddle Music Festival in 2020.
