FRIENDS,
Providing compassionate, accessible healthcare services to people of all ages who are uninsured, are underinsured, or have limited financial resources is Exalta Health’s expertise. We bust barriers that prevent community members from accessing quality healthcare services. We navigate the troubled waters of our healthcare system. We put the “care” back into the healthcare system with an integrated approach to treat the entire person. And we can do this thanks to you and businesses like yours.
In FY2020, we plan to secure $1.7 million from the community to provide medical, dental, vision, behavioral health, and spiritual care services to over 2,500 of our neighbors. One way we raise money is through three events held during the year. By sponsoring our events, you will help make a difference in our community.
The three events are:
• ArtFeast8 – May, 2020
• 17th Annual Golf Classic – August, 2020
• 6th Annual Luncheon – October, 2020
Your generosity will help provide:
• Over 8,500 medical, dental, mental health/substance use disorders, and spiritual care services
• Connections to life-saving medication valued at over $168,000
• Support for volunteers donating $225,000 of professional services
