My characters and critters have had a home on Leanin’ Tree cards since 1980. Some have shown up on the pages of Western Horseman magazine, Grit, and on shirts, cups, mousepads and who knows where else...

The art takes both a sideways and a pensive glance at western life and down-home country living with images that pluck your heartstrings and leave you with a smile and a memory.

An imagination inspired by childhood on a farm among tale-spinning friends and a menagerie of critters, bugs and other characters adds a whimsical flair to the art.
