Generally speaking you should see the doctor treating you about the indication and method of wearing an orthopae-dic aid and if you have the following conditions:

So far no consequential incompatibilities or allergic reac-tions have been reported.

SIDE-EFFECTS

To date, there have been no reports of serious general side effects with proper use and fitting.

Local pressure symptoms and impaired circulation can be prevented with sufficient certainty on an individual basis if allowance is made for any contraindications and with non-restrictive, consistently shaped shaped body fitting.

F ITT ING

The Kassel Patellar Tendon Bandage can be worn on the left or right knee.

_ When the bandage is fitted properly, the groove and the SPORLASTIC lettering on the bandage face up- wards.

_ The varying degrees of fine knopping on the surface of the silicone pad ensure optimum stimulation of the re- ceptors (sensors), inducing the muscles to work.

_ The middle of the knopped silicone pad should be flush with the patellar ligament beneath the kneecap.

_ Now thread the highly elastic circular strap through the reversing loop 1 and close the bandage with the Velcro fastener by tugging gently.

_ It has to fit without slipping and convey a pleasant fee- ling of comfort.

_ If you should feel after a while that the fit is too tight, open it and loosen it by 1-2 mm. Check the fit of the bandage again for a while and then correct it if required until it fits perfectly. The more you wear it, the greater the certainty with which you will be able to set the ideal fitting of the bandage.

_ The muscle volume varies according to physical activity (office, sport, rambling, etc.). The bandage should be individually re-adjusted accor dingly.

FUNKTION

Die Kasseler Patellarsehnenbandage (KPSB), Kasseler Pa-tellarsehnenbandage-Classic und Kasseler Patellarsehnen-bandage-Aktiv sind in ihrer funktionellen Wirkung gleich zu setzen.

Genauso wie ein Schlag mit dem Reflexhammer auf die Kniescheibensehne zu einer Muskelreaktion führt, kommt es bei dauerhaftem Druck einer Bandage auf diese Stel-le über den Reflex zu einer dauerhaften Verbesserung der Muskelarbeit. Die Stabilität im Gelenk nimmt zu, der Schmerz wird geringer – das Gelenk wird geschützt.

Diese aktiv-muskuläre Reaktion kann in der Rehabilitation bei vorderen Kniepathologien ergänzend zu physiothera-peutischen Übungsmaßnahmen gezielt genutzt sowie im Sport verletzungsprophylaktisch eingesetzt werden.

Gemäß ihrem Einsatzzweck sind die Produkte spezifisch gestaltet worden. Die Kasseler Patellarsehnenbandage be-weist ihre Funktion insbesondere im Alltag und kann wie die KPSB-Classic/-Aktiv auch im Sport eingesetzt werden. Das in der Aktiv-Variante verwendete Neoprenmaterial und der Verzicht auf eine Umlenköse ermöglicht zudem den Einsatz in der Rehabilitation im Wasser oder bei Übun-gen mit Bodenkontakt.

KONTRAINDIKATIONEN

_ Postthrombotisches Syndrom _ In diesen Fällen empfehlen wir das Tragen der KPSB/-Classic/-Aktiv nur im Zusammenhang mit maßgefertigten Kompressionsstrümpfen

Grundsätzlich sollte hinsichtlich Indikation und Tragemo-dus eines orthopädischen Hilfsmittels ganz allgemein so-wie bei Vorhandensein nachfolgender Krankheitszustän-de im Besonderen eine Absprache mit dem behandelnden Arzt erfolgen:

_ Allergische, entzündliche oder verletzungsbedingte Hautveränderungen (z. B. Schwellungen, Rötungen) der zu versorgenden Körperbereiche.

_ Beeinträchtigungen der Zirkulation oder lymphatische Weichteilschwellungen.

_ Neurogen bedingte Störungen der Sensorik und Haut- trophik im zu versorgenden Körperbereich (Gefühls- störungen mit und ohne Hautschäden).

NEBENWIRKUNGEN

Bei sachgemäßer Anwendung und korrekter Anlage sind bis heute keine ernsthaften allgemeinen Nebenwirkungen, folgeträchtigen Unverträglichkeiten oder allergischen Re-aktionen bekannt.

Druckerscheinungen von Haut und Nerven sowie Zirkula-tionsbeeinträchtigungen können unter Berücksichtigung etwaiger Kontraindikationen und bei nicht einengender, formschlüssiger Körperanlage individuell hinreichend sicher vermieden werden.

ANLEGEN

Die Kasseler Patellarsehnenbandagen sind links und rechs tragbar.

_ Bei richtiger Anlage zeigen die Aussparungen und der Schriftzug SPORLASTIC an der Bandage nach oben.

_ Die unterschiedlich feinen Noppierungen auf der Ober- fläche der Silikonpelotte sorgen für eine optimale Rei- zung der Rezeptoren (Sensoren), welche die Muskelar- beit auslösen.

_ Die noppierte Silikonpelotte soll mit ihrer Mitte direkt auf dem Kniescheibenband unterhalb der Kniescheibe auf liegen.

_ Legen Sie die Bandage mit der Pelotte wie in der Abbil- dung 1 beschrieben an das gestreckte Bein und verklet- ten mit leichtem Zug.

_ Sie soll sitzen, ohne zu verrutschen und dabei ein ange- nehmes Tragegefühl vermitteln.

_ Sollten Sie nach gewisser Zeit den Sitz als zu eng empfin-

den, öffnen Sie und geben um 1-2 mm im Umfang nach. Prüfen Sie den Sitz der Bandage erneut für einige Zeit und korrigieren gegebenfalls nach, bis der Idealsitz er- reicht ist. Den Idealsitz der Bandage werden Sie mit zu- nehmender Tragehäufigkeit immer sicherer einstellen können.

_ Je nach körperlicher Aktivität (Büro, Sport, Wandern etc.) verändert sich der Umfang der Muskulatur. Die Bandage sollte dann individuell erneut nachgestellt werden.

TRAGEKOMFORT

Die Kasseler Patellarsehnenbandagen sind aus moderns-ten Materialien gefertigt und für den Einsatz im Alltag, in der Therapie und im Sport bestens geeignet.

Die bei der Kasseler Patellarsehnenbandage-Aktiv bewusst breite und elastische Bandführung im Kniekehlenbereich passt sich der Kniegelenkbewegung und der Verände-rung des Beinumfanges an und sorgt für einen optimalen Tragekomfort.

WICHTIGE HINWEISE

Das Produkt ist zur Versorgung für einen Patienten be-stimmt.

Nicht fachgerechte Veränderungen am Produkt und/oder nicht zweckbestimmte Verwendung des oben angeführten Produktes schließen eine Produkthaftung des Herstellers aus.

Mögliche gesundheitliche wechselseitige Risiken oder sonstige Nachteile bei bestimmten Behandlungen, die sich im Zusammenhang mit der Verwendung des Produktes ergeben können, sind mit dem behandelnden Arzt abzu-sprechen.

Damit das Produkt eine lange Lebensdauer und Funktion bietet, darf es nicht im Zusammenhang mit fett- und säure-haltigen Mitteln, Salben oder Lotionen getragen werden.

Das Produkt kann über den Hausmüll entsorgt werden. Beachten Sie die die örtlichen Bestimmungen.

Die SPORLASTIC GmbH ist einem Rücknahmesystem für Verpackungen angeschlossen und kommt somit den in der Bundesrepublik Deutschland geltenden verpackungs-rechtlichen Bestimmungen vollständig nach.

ALLGEMEINER HINWEIS:

Bei Produkten, bei denen ein direkter Hautkontakt mit einem Elastomer (z.B. einer Silikon Pelotte) gegeben ist, kann es unter Umständen zur Bildung von Blasen auf der Haut kommen, wenn das Produkt zu eng angelegt oder auf der Haut unter hoher Reibung verschoben wird. In diesem Fall empfehlen wir, das Produkt nicht weiter zu verwenden. Unter dem Silikon kann es zu Schweißbildung kommen, welche in seltenen Fällen Eigenschweißreaktio-nen mit entsprechenden allergischen Hautveränderungen auslösen können. Sporlastic sind keinerlei materialbezo-genen allergischen Reaktionen bekannt. Bei auftretenden Problemen sprechen Sie bitte mit Ihrem Arzt oder mit dem Lieferanten des Hilfsmittels.

PFLEGE

Wir empfehlen, die Kasseler Patellarsehnenbandagen schonend in handwarmem Wasser mit Feinwaschmittel zu waschen, an der Luft zu trocknen und nicht auf den Heizkörper zu legen. Entfernen Sie vor dem Waschen der Kasseler Patellarsehnenbandagen die eingeklettete Sili-konpelotte und schließen den Klettverschluss der Banda-ge. So können Beschädigungen anderer Kleidungsstücke vermieden werden.

GENERAL NOTE:

The use of products involving direct exposure of the skin to an elastomer (e.g. a silicone pad) might possibly lead to blisters on the skin if the product is applied too tightly or if it is shifted on the skin at high friction. In this case, we recommend to discontinue the use of the product. Sweat may be generated under the silicone and, in rare cases, this can lead to the body reacting to its own sweat and cause corresponding allergic skin changes. Sporlastic is not aware of any allergic reactions related to the materi-als. If you experience any problems, please contact your doctor or the supplier of the medical aid.

CARE

Wash the Kassel Patellar Tendon Bandage in lukewarm wa-ter with a cold-water detergent and air dry. Do not place on a radiator. Before washing the Kassel Patellar Tendon Bandage, remove the incorporated silicone pad and close the bandage’s Velcro fastener. In this way you can avoid damage to other items of clothing.

Il faut toujours consulter le médecin traitant en ce qui con-cerne l’indication et le mode d’application d’un auxiliaire orthopédique ainsi que l’existence de maux subséquents en particulier:

_ Modifications allergiques, inflammatoires ou dues à une blessure de la peau (par ex. enflures, rougeurs) dans les zones du corps à traiter.

_ Troubles de la circulation ou gonflements des parties molles lymphatiques.

_ Troubles neurogènes du système sensitif et trophique de la peau dans la zone du corps à traiter (troubles de la sensitivité avec et sans détériorations de la peau).

Jusqu’à ce jour, aucune incompatibilité notable ni réaction allergique ne sont connues.

EFFETS SECONDAIRES

Pour un emploi conforme et une pose correcte, aucun effet secondaire général grave n’est connu jusqu’à ce jour.

Les apparitions locales de pression et les troubles de la circulation peuvent être évités individuellement si l’on tient compte d’éventuelles contre-indications et d’un po-sitionnement sur le corps sans contrainte et adapté aux formes du corps.

POSE

Le bandage du tendon rotulien de Kassel peut être porté à gauche et à droite.

_ L’ouverture et le logo SPORLASTIC sur le bandage indi- quent vers le haut si le bandage est correctement posé.

_ Les bouloches de tailles différentes sur la surface de la pelote en silico ne assurent une stimulation optimale des récepteurs (capteurs), ce qui déclenche le travail musculaire.

_ La pelote en silicone à noppes doit se trouver en positi- on centrale directement sur le ligament rotulien en- dessous de la rotule.

_ Enfilez alors le ruban circulaire légèrement élastique dans l’oeillet de renvoi 1 et bouclez le bandage avec la fermeture velcro en tirant légère ment.

_ Il doit être bien positionner sans glisser et procurer en même temps une sensation agréable.

_ Si vous avez une impression de compression après un certain temps, ouvrez le bandage et relâchez-le de 1 à 2 mm. Vérifiez à nouveau si le bandage est en bonne position et corrigezla le cas échéant jusqu’à ce que ban- dage soit bien calé. Vous réussirez de mieux en mieux à trouver le positionnement idéal du bandage plus vous le porterez.

_ Le volume de la musculature change selon le type d’activités corporelles exécutées (bureau, sport, ran- données etc.). Le bandage devra être repositionné selon les besoins individuels.

CONFORT DE PORT

Le bandage du tendon rotulien de Kassel est confectionné en matériau très moderne. La combinaison de matériaux utilisée assure un équilibre parfait au niveau de la tem-pérature et un transport idéal de l’humidité. Le microcli-mat agréable et durable qui s’installe ainsi entre le ban-dage et la peau assure une excellente compatibilité à la peau.

Les bandages du tendon rotulien de Kassel sont fabriqués en matériaux très modernes et conçus pour l’emploi quo-tidien, pour la thérapie et le sport. La bande suffisamment large et élastique du bandage du tendon rotulien de Kassel s’adapte dans la zone du creux du genou aux mouvements de l’articulation du genou et aux modifications du pour-tour du genou et garantit un confort du port optimal.

INDICATIONS IMPORTANTES

Le produit est conçu pour un emploi unique sur les pa-tients.

Toute modification non conforme sur le produit et/ou tout emploi non conforme au produit présenté plus haut exclu-ent une responsabilité produit du fabricant.

D’éventuels risques réciproques pour la santé ou d’autres inconvénients lors de certains traitements qui peuvent avoir lieu en rapport avec l’emploi du produit, doivent être mis au clair par le médecin traitant.

Afin de garantir au produit une longue durée de vie et un bon fonctionnement, il ne faut pas l’utiliser en liaison avec des produits contenant des graisses et des acides, avec des pommades ou des lotions.

REMARQUE GÉNÉRALE:

Les produits impliquant un contact direct de la peau avec un élastomère (par ex. un coussinet en silicone) peuvent éventuellement causer l‘apparition d‘ampoules sur la peau si le produit est trop serré ou placé sur un endroit où la peau est soumise à des frottements importants. Dans ce cas, nous recommandons d‘interrompre l‘utilisation du produit. La peau peut transpirer sous la silicone, ce qui, dans de rares cas, peut déclencher des réactions aller-giques à la sueur, avec les éruptions cutanées qui les ca-ractérisent. Sporlastic n‘a connaissance d‘aucune réaction allergique liée aux matériaux utilisés. Si des problèmes surviennent, parlez-en à votre médecin ou avec le four-nisseur du produit.

ENTRETIEN

Nous conseillons de laver en douceur le bandage du ten-don rotulien de Kassel dans de l‘eau tiède avec un pro-duit de lavage à froid, de le laisser sécher à l‘air et de ne pas le poser sur le radiateur. Les coussins à talon ouverts ci-joints pourront être nettoyés avec un torchon humide. Enlevez la pelote de silicone fixée par fermeture velcro avant de laver le bandage du tendon rotulien de Kassel et bouclez la fermeture velcro du bandage. Ceci permettra d’éviter les détériorations sur d’autres vêtements.

FUNCIONAMIENTO

Con un uso adecuado y una colocación correcta no se conocen hasta hoy efectos secundarios generales graves.

Los fenómenos de presión locales y las reducciones de la circulación sanguínea pueden evitarse suficientemen-te si se observan en cada caso las correspondientes con-traindicaciones y no se adoptan posturas compresoras y forzadas.

COLOCACIÓN

El vendaje para el tendón rotuliano de Kassel puede llevar-se en la izquierda y en la derecha.

_ Si se coloca correctamente, la escotadura y el trazo SPORLASTIC en el vendaje tienen que mirar hacia arriba.

_ Las motas de diferente finura en la superficie de la almo- hadilla de silicona garantizan una óptima excitación de los receptores (sensores) que provocan el trabajo mus- cular.

_ La almohadilla de silicona con motas deberá descansar con su centro directamente sobre el ligamento rotulia- no, por debajo de la rótula.

_ Pase ahora la cinta circular ligeramente elástica por el ojal de inversión 1 y asegure el vendaje con el cierre de velcro tirando de éste ligeramente.

_ El vendaje deberá ceñirse sin resbalarse y proporcionar al mismo tiempo una buena sensación al llevarlo.

_ Si después de cierto tiempo tiene la sensación de que está muy apretado, ábralo y suéltelo 1-2 mm más. Com- pruebe de nuevo la colocación del vendaje por algún tiempo y, si es necesario, corríjalo hasta haber alcanz- ado la colocación ideal. La colocación ideal del vendaje la podrá ajustar cada vez con más seguridad a medida que lo vaya utilizando.

_ Según la actividad corporal (oficina, deporte, excursión, etc.), el contorno de la musculatura varía. El vendaje de- bería ser reajustado entonces de nuevo individual- mente.

COMODIDAD DE USO

El vendaje para el tendón rotuliano de Kassel está fabrica-do de los materiales más modernos. Gracias a la perfecta compensación de la temperatura y al transporte de la hu-medad, el compuesto de materiales utilizados garantiza un microclima duraderamente agradable entre el vendaje y la piel con una compatibilidad muy buena.

La conducción de la cinta conscientemente ancha y elásti-ca en el vendaje para el tendón rotuliano activo se adapte al movimiento de la articulción de la rodilla y a la variación del contorno de la pierna, proporcionando así un óptimo confort de uso.

Las modificaciones indebidas del producto y/o un uso dis-tinto para el que el producto arriba citado está destinado eximen al fabricante de cualquier responsabilidad.

Los posibles riesgos para la salud o cualquier daño en de-terminados tratamientos que pudieran producirse en re-lación con el uso de este producto deben ser consultados con su médico.

A fin de que este producto tenga una larga duración y funcionalidad, no debe ser usado con materias grasas y ácidas, pomadas o lociones.

INDICACIONES GENERALES:

En productos en los que hay un contacto directo de la piel con un elastómero (p.ej. una almohadilla de silicona) pue-de darse el caso de producirse una burbuja en la piel si el producto está demasiado apretado o se desplaza bajo alta fricción sobre la piel. En este caso recomendamos no seguir usando el producto. Debajo de la silicona se pue-de sudar bastante, lo cual en pocos casos puede producir reacciones alérgicas al sudor propio con las respectivas alteraciones cutáneas. Sporlastic no ha recibido informes de reacciones alérgicas debido al material. En caso de ha-ber problemas, se recomienda consultar a un médico o al proveedor del material.

CUIDADO

Recomendamos lavar cuidadosamente el tendón rotulia-no de Kassel en agua tibia con detergente en frío, secarlo al aire y no colocarlo sobre el radiador. Las almohadillas para el talón adjuntas abiertas pueden ser limpiadas con un paño húmedo. Antes de lavar el vendaje para el tendón rotuliano de Kassel, quite la almohadilla de silicona adhe-rida y cierre el seguro de velcro del vendaje. SKUTKI UBOCZNE DZIAŁANIA UBOCZNE

Przy właściwym stosowaniu i poprawnym zakładaniu nie wystąpiły do dzisiaj żadne poważne ogólne działania uboczne.

Objawów nacisku na skórę i nerwy oraz zakłóceń cyrkulacji można skutecznie i pewnie uniknąć uwzględniajęc ewentu-alnie istniejące przeciwwskazania i unikając zbyt ciasnego, przylegającego do ciała zakładania.

ZAKŁADANIE

Opaski więzadła rzepki Kasseler można zakładać na lewą i na prawą nogę.

_ Przy poprawnym założeniu, wybrania i napis SPORLASTIC są skierowane do góry.

W aktywnej wersji opaski więzadła rzepki Kasseler świa-domie zastosowano szerokie i elastyczne prowadzenie w okolicy podkolanowej, dzięki czemu opaska dopasowuje się do ruchów stawu kolanowego i do zmian obwodu nogi, co zapewnia optymalny komfort jej noszenia.

OGÓLNA WSKAZÓWKA:

W wyniku zbyt mocnego zaciśnięcia produktu lub pociera-nia bezpośredni kontakt produktu wykonanego z elasto-merów ze skórą (np. pelota silikonowa) sporadycznie może spowodować powstanie pęcherzy. FUNZIONE

In una pressione permanente di un bendaggio su questo punto, tramite il riflesso si ottiene un miglioramento du-raturo dell’attività muscolare, proprio come quando si batte sul tendine della rotula con il martello per testare i riflessi.

La stabilità dell’articolazione aumenta, mentre il dolore diminuisce – l’articolazione viene così protetta.

I prodotti sono stati realizzati specificamente in funzione del loro impiego. Il bendaggio patellare per tendine Kasse-ler dimostra la sua utilità soprattutto nella vita quotidiana è, come il KPSB-Active, può essere utilizzato anche nello sport.

Il materiale in neoprene usato nella variante Active e la rinuncia a un occhiello di inversione consentono inoltre l’impiego nella riabilitazione in acqua o durante esercizi con contatto con il pavimento.

CONTROINDICAZIONI

_ In questi casi si raccomanda di portare il PSB solamen- te in combinazione con calze di compressione preparate su misura.

In linea di principio è opportuno consultare il medico cu-rante sia per le indicazioni e la modalità da seguire nell’in-dossare un supporto ortopedico, sia nel caso di successivi stati patologici:

_ Cambiamenti cutanei dovuti ad allergie, infiammazioni oppure lesioni (per esempio tumefazione, arrossamen- to) delle regioni corporee da curare.

_ Circolazione sanguigna pregiudicata o tumefazioni lin- fatiche delle parti molli.

_ Disfunzioni a sfondo neurogeno degli organi sensoriali e trofica cutanea nella regione corporea da curare (disfun- zioni sensoriali con o senza danni cutanei).

Finora non sono state riscontrate complicazioni in seguito a intolleranze o reazioni allergiche.

EFFETT I COLLATERALI

In seguito ad un’applicazione ed impiego appropriato non sono stati riscontarti effetti collaterali rilevanti.

Le lesioni da pressione e una ridotta circolazione san-guigna possono essere evitate attenendosi alle eventuali controindicazioni ed applicando il supporto adattandolo individualmente all’arto e senza stringerlo troppo.

APPLICAZIONE

Il bendaggio patellare per tendine della Kasseler può esse-re portato sia a destra che a sinistra.

_ In una corretta applicazione la cavità e la scritta SPORLASTIC sul bendaggio mostrano verso l’alto.

_ Le diverse protuberanze fini applicate sulla superficie del cuscinetto del cinto di silicone garantiscono una stimolazione ottimale dei recettori (sensori), che prov- vedono all’attività muscolare.

_ Il cuscinetto del cinto protuberato deve direttamente essere appoggiato sul egamento della rotula al di sotto della stessa con la sua parte centrale.

_ Infilare a questo punto il nastro leggermente elastico attraverso l’occhiello d’inversione 1 e chiudere poi il ben- daggio con la chiusura a velcro, esercitando una lieve trazione.

_ Il bendaggio deve esercitare una trazione, senza scivo- lare, ed essere comodo da indossare.

_ Qualora dopo un certo periodo si dovesse avere la sen- sazione di una sede troppo stretta, si consiglia di aprire il bendaggio e di alletarlo quindi di 1-2 mm nella circonferenza. Provare nuovamente la sede del ben- daggio per un certo periodo e correggerla all’occorren- za, finché si ottiene una sede ideale. La sede ideale del bendaggio diverrà sempre più facile da regolare quanto più lo si porta.

_ La circonferenza della muscolatura cambia a seconda dell’attività fisica (lavoro in ufficio, sport, passeggiate, ecc.). Perciò il bendaggio dovrebbe essere riaggiustato secondo le esigenze individuali.

AVVERTENZA GENERALE:

Con prodotti per i quali è previsto un contatto diretto della pelle con un elastomero (ad es. un cuscinetto in silicone) possono formarsi, in determinate circostanze, delle bol-le sulla pelle se il prodotto viene posizionato in maniera troppo stretta o se viene spostato sulla pelle con un forte attrito. In questo caso raccomandiamo di non utilizzare più il prodotto. Sotto il silicone si forma del sudore che, in rari casi, potrebbe scatenare delle reazioni al sudore stes-so con le corrispondenti alterazioni allergiche della pelle. Sporlastic non è a conoscenza in nessun modo di reazione allergiche da attribuire ai materiali. In caso di problemi contattare il proprio medico o il fornitore del dispositivo di assistenza.

PULIZIA

Si raccomanda di lavare delicatamente il bendaggio patel-lare per tendini Kasseler in acqua tiepida con del detersivo a freddo e di lasciarlo successivamente asciugare all’aria e non sopra termosifoni. Prima di lavare il bendaggio patel-lare per tendini Kasseler è necessario rimuovere il cusci-netto del cinto di silicone integrato con velcro e chiudere quindi il bendaggio con la chiusura velcro. In tal modo si evitano dei danneggiamenti di altri indumenti.

Principieel dient met betrekking tot indicatie en draagmo-dus van een orthopedisch hulpmiddel over het algemeen en in het bijzonder indien onderstaande symptomen zich voordoen de behandelende arts geraadpleegd te worden:

_ Allergische, of door ontsteking veroorzaakte huidveran- deringen (bijv. zwellingen, het rood worden van de huid) van de te verzorgen lichaamsdelen.

_ Circulatiebelemmeringen of lymfatische zwellingen van weke delen.

_ Neurogeen veroorzaakte sensorische en belangrijke tro- fische storingen in de te verzorgen lichaamsdelen (gevo- elsstoringen met en zonder schade aan de huid).

Tot nu toe zijn geen onverenigbaarheden of allergische reacties bekend.

ONGEWENSTE EFFECTEN

Bij deskundige toepassing en correct aanleggen zijn tot nu toe geen ernstige algemene ongewenste effecten bekend. Lokale drukverschijnselen en circulatiebelemmeringen kunnen rekening houdend met eventuele contra-indicaties en bij niet in de bewegingsvrijheid beperkende, in vorm nauw aansluitende positie op het lichaam individueel met voldoende zekerheid worden vermeden.

AANBRENGEN

De Kasselse kniepeesbandage is links en rechts draag-baar.

_ Wanneer deze correct is aangelegd wijzen de uitsparing en het opschrift SPORLASTIC op de bandage naar boven.

_ De verschillend fijne nopperingen op het oppervlak van de siliconepelotte zorgen voor een optimale prikkeling van de receptoren (sensoren), die de spierwerking ver- oorzaken.

_ De genoppeerde siliconepelotte dient met het midden ervan direct op de knieschijfband onder de knieschijf te zijn aangelegd.

_ Rijf nu de licht elastische circulaire band door het omkeeroog 1 en sluit de bandage met de klittenband- sluiting en met een lichte trekkracht.

_ De bandage dient aan te liggen, zonder te verschuiven en daarbij dient deze een aangenaam draaggevoel te bemiddelen.

_ Indien de zitting na enige tijd als te nauw aanliggend aanvoelt, dan opent u de bandage en geeft u deze 1-2 mm meer speling in de omvang ervan. Controleer opnieuw de zitting van de bandage voor enige tijd en corrigeer eventueel nogmaals, tot de ideale zitting is bereikt. De ideale zitting van de bandage zult u door deze steeds vaker te dragen steeds optimaler kunnen instellen.

_ Naargelang de lichamelijke activiteit (kantoor, sport, wandelen enz.) verandert de omvang van het spierstel- sel. De bandage dient dan individueel opnieuw te worden bijgeregeld.

DRAAGKOMFORT

De Kasselse kniepeesbandage is geproduceerd van de mo-dernste materialen. De toegepaste materiaalverbinding zorgt door perfecte temperatuurcompensatie en vochtig-heidstransport voor een duurzaam aangenaam microkli-maat tussen de bandage en de huid met een zeer goede verdraagzaamheid voor de huid.

De Kasselse kniepeesbandages zijn geprouceerd met de modernste materialen en uitermate geschikt voor gebruik in het alledaagse leven, in de therapie en bij de sport.

BELANGRIJKE INSTRUCTIES

Het product is slechts voor de verzorging van één patiënt bestemd.

Ondeskundige veranderingen aan het product en/of on- doelmatig gebruik van het hierboven vermelde product sluiten de productaansprakelijkheid van de producent uit.

Mogelijke wederzijdse risico’s voor de gezondheid of an-dere nadelen bij bepaalde behandelingen, die in verband met het gebruik van het product kunnen ontstaan, dienen te worden besproken met de behandelende arts.

ALGEMENE INSTRUCTIE :

Bij producten, waarbij direct huidcontact met een elas-tomeer (bijvoorbeeld een siliconen bandage) is gegeven, kunnen onder bepaalde omstandigheden blaasjes op de huid ontstaan, wanneer het product te strak zit of met hoge wrijving over de huid wordt gewreven. In dat geval adviseren wij, het product niet verder te gebruiken. Onder de siliconen kan zweetvorming optreden, die in uitzon-derlijke gevallen reacties met allergische huidveranderin-gen kan veroorzaken. Voor Sporlastic zijn geen materiaal-gerelateerde allergische reacties bekend. Bij optredende problemen kunt u dit met uw arts bespreken of met de leverancier van uw hulpmiddel.

ONDERHOUD

Wij raden aan de Kasselse kniepeesbandage voorzichtig in handwarm water met een koudwasmiddel te wassen, in de lucht te drogen en niet op de verwarming te leggen. De bijgevoegde hielkussens kunnen met een vochtige doek worden gereinigd. Verwijder voor het wassen van de Kasselse kniepeesbandage de ingeklitte siliconepelotte en sluit de klittenbandsluiting van de bandage. Zo kun-nen beschadigingen aan andere kledingstukken worden vermeden.
