Learning points from the facilitation
Each child was different and wanted to use different pencils and crayons as some children didn’t like the feel of crayons.
Limitations to the facilitation
A lot of the children needed one to one help with the facilitation as it was a ratio of 8:1 I couldn’t help all children at the same time so some of the teachers had to help me.
Evaluation from clients and or/staff
All of the teachers and staff really appreciated the facilitation I carried out with the children.
They praised the thought I had put into the activity and how I took all the children's needs into account and made the activity suitable for each child.
