    y This period was mans firstmodern age of art, there wasacertain freedomthat these artistshad to express themselves, andthis freedom had really neverexisted prior to this time. Artistswere now able to express theiremotions, and their reality. Theworld was expanding andscientific discoveries wereinfluencing the art and the times.
