2020 New Year - New Vision!
To our members at ART 321,
During the past year, our gallery has been faced with some unique challenges. We are very
aware that there are many concerns circulating in our community about the continued viability of
ART 321. However, the board and the staff want to reassure you that ART 321 is headed in a
very strong direction. Out of a difficult situation, there has been an outpouring of support for this
organization. We have had many members of our guild and the state of Wyoming step forward
and offer support and assistance to ensure that ART 321 not only survives but thrives!
As we turn from the end of 2019 into 2020, we have adopted a new perspective…”A New Year,
A New Vision!”
What exactly does that mean? That means that we are making a point of becoming transparent
and inclusive to all who come through our doors. We are very excited to welcome new members
to our board from the Casper community. The enthusiasm they bring is contagious and is an
encouragement to us that future generations of artists will find a home within our walls.

BRIA HAMMOCK
ART 321 is excited to have Bria Hammock showing in our gallery for the month of Decem-
ber! To find out more about Bria and to see more of her work, check out her website at
briahammock.com. Come see the show before we close for the holidays on December
21st! Happy Holidays!
VOLUNTEERS Cathy, Johanna, and the board of ART 321 wish to thank all of the
volunteers of ART 321 who have helped throughout the year.
Without volunteers, the task of maintaining the quality of this guild
would be a very difficult one. The energy that everyone brings is
rejuvenating and exciting.
For those not aware, we have a new board position of Volunteer
Coordinator being filled by Rachel Hawkinson. Rachel is excited
to help recruit volunteers into posts that are the best fit for them
and fulfill the highest need for ART 321. All volunteers are asked
to contact her to sign up for spots and tasks. She can be contact-
ed by e-mail at [email protected].
Thank you for making 2019 a success, and we look forward to the
promise of a fantastic 2020!

Please know that we also have some excellent applicants for our Executive Director and Gallery Manager positions. We are looking
thoughtfully and confidently to fill these positions with people who share our vision and forward thinking goals for ART 321. We expect
to have new staff members by the beginning of the new year. Please be sure to stop in and welcome them. There are many moving
parts to managing the gallery and we ask for your support and patience as they grow in their new roles.
It is very important to us to hear your thoughts, suggestions, and concerns. We will be implementing a suggestion box and discussing
your submissions at our board meetings. Please feel free to use this as an opportunity to make your voice heard! Also know that you
are welcome to come to our monthly board meetings which occur the second Tuesday of every month at 3:30 p.m. in the gallery con-
ference room.
Finally, there are many ways in which you can support ART 321 as we look forward to a new year and new growth! Please stop by and
visit with us about these opportunities!
Here’s to a new year, new opportunities, and new friendships!
