ARSC Youth Cross Guidelines
RATIONALE
In celebration of the 25th Year Anniversary of the Augustinian Recollect Student Crusaders, the ARSC National Directorate entrust to the young people of the Philippines the ARSC Youth Cross. The cross as the symbol of Christ’s love for the young people will visit all the Augustinian Recollect school communities from July 2012 - February 2015 to deliver peace, hope and unity. The youth will come together and journey with the cross and walk with Christ in discipleship. The youth cross will serve as an opportunity for the youth to encounter Christ personally and celebrate new integral evangelization for a burning faith.
OBJECTIVES
To celebrate the 25th year Foundation Anniversary of the Augustinian Recollect Student Crusaders.
To make the youth appreciate the true meaning of the cross as a symbol of our redemption brought by Christ.
To experience the joy of being able to capture the beauty of God from within which is the fundamental essence of Evangelization and to value chastity, fortitude and wisdom.
To promote priestly and religious vocations. To guide and encourage the youth to participate actively in different religious
activities.
