Array Boiler PRE-CHECK LIST Boiler set-up details (only fill out the boxes that are applicable to the type of fuel used).
1.Is wiring connected correctly and tight?
2.Have the burner safeties been checked for proper operation?
3.Has every boiler safety devices been tested for proper operation?
4.Have the gas shut off valves been verified for proper operation?
5.Has the gas train been checked for leaks?
6.Is the system sensor mounted in the secondary loop?
7.Is the combustion air damper used?
i. Is the end switch wired?
ii. Is parameter "out 3" to set to 15 ?
8.Is a step down regulator (service regulator) being used?
i. What pressure is the service regulator set at?
ii.Is the distance between the service regulator and the boiler greater than 10'?
9.What is the set point (F/C)?
10.What is the CH mode?
