SANA since 1987 is the first large format retail chain in the Gulf to provide one stop shop for everyday basic and fashion needs in apparels & accessories for women, men and children.

Senior Architect leading a team of 3 heading the design studio and project management. Development of the brand from scratch and building the concept for re-launch of the brand after 23 years. Standardization of concept- Presentations, 3D mock up, layout planning, roll out of construction drawing set in a

strict timeline of 14 days. Preparation of BOQ, vendor management, quality checking before handover of stores to operations, bill checking
