Project Description: Constructed lateral metal-insulator-semiconductor (MIS) tunnel structure on the top surface of electrochemically etched p-type porous silicon and studied the effect of photon injection on the room temperature lateral DC current–voltage (I–V) characteristics between two MIS tunnel structures.
