The Arlington/Roe summer internship program is designed for insurance and risk management students to understand what it takes to be a managing general agent and wholesale insurance broker in the Excess & Surplus Lines marketplace. One candidate will be chosen for this posion, and the program will be tailored to your interests. Compensaon The selected intern will receive $650 per week (gross) to cover ancillary expenses. Housing (if needed) and reasonable travel expenses will also be covered. Internship Schedule This 8 - 10 week internship will take place during the summer months. Start date is flexible. What can you expect from your summer with Arlington/Roe? Variety You’ll learn from experienced brokers, underwriters and carriers in over 10 areas of experse. Every day and every risk will be unique. Experience You’ll have the opportunity to learn from underwriters, brokers, company representaves, agents and management during your internship. Exposure Meet local agents and company representaves.
