Fall Rally Don’t Miss Out!!!!!!!!

Fall Rally is coming up key clubbers. It will be November

9, 2013 at Six Flags Magic Mountain. At Fall Rally you will

have spirit/cheer battles with multiple divisions

throughout the day at the amusement park especially,

when you meet at the Golden Bear Theater. For those

who have not been to Fall Rally you need to make sure

you know the cheers so that you can participate in the

spirit battles.

Arleta High School Key Clubbers if you are planning on

attending you should make sure to sign up with your

president Sam Rivera. If you guys have any questions

about Fall Rally feel Free to ask any of the officers as

well and we will try to answer your question to the best

of our ability.

Trick – or – Treat for UNICEF was a Success!

Arleta High School just did their first ever trick - or - treat for

UNICEF fundraiser and had an amazing turn out. We had 40 or

more members participate in this fundraiser and collect

change in their boxes. A big thanks to those who participated

in the fundraiser I’m sure many people benefit and appreciate

what you have done for them. This is great fundraiser that will

benefit many people especially those suffering from maternal

neonatal tetanus. This disease gives unvaccinated newborns

and their mothers painful seizures while also making them

sensitive to light and sound. This disease is deadly and

preventable, that is why it was important to help them through

this fundraiser was important.

If any of you have not turned in your boxes please do so to our

advisor Mr. Cooper in room B306.

New Officer!!!

Congratulations to Stephanie Carrillo! We just had our

elections for chair of recognition at the last meeting

and has officially been elected our chair of recognition.

She will be in charge of recognizing those club

members who are going above and beyond to serve in

the club and will also be choosing member of the

month. So, get your service on.

Got Service?

If any of you fellow Arleta High School students have any

service ideas feel free to tell any of the officers or Mr.

Cooper. We are always looking for new service

opportunities to offer our members so don’t hesitate to tell

us.
