1. INTRODUCTION

1.1. The Vendor Portal

The Vendor Portal (hereinafter also referred to as the Portal or the online service) is a web

tool, designed to make communication more effective b

Supplier access to each feature will be defined by Ariston Thermo.

To access the Vendor Portal a Company must first register. Registration provides login credentials

for the first user of the Company.

The first user of the Company automatically assumes the role of "Administrator": the

administrator can later update the data of his Company, create other users, assign appropriate

roles to them, etc.

After completing registration, the Com

This document has been prepared to guide users of the Company through th

registration processes and provide instructions for using the basic features of the Vendor Portal.

1.2. Access

The Vendor Portal is a web-based application compatible with the most common browsers. It

requires no installation on corporate systems or other preparatory action.

2. COMPANY REGISTRATION

The Company registration is divided into the following steps:

1. Acceptance of the online service's terms of use;

2. Entry of the main information on the Company;

3. Entry of the registered office;

4. Entry (optional) of other offices;

5. Entry of the first user ("administrator" user);

6. Sending the registration application;

7. First access to the Vendor Portal.

2.1. Access to the Vendor Portal

Ariston Thermo encourages its Suppliers to use the Vendor Portal by campaigns of invitations to

register. The invitations, delivered via email conta

In addition, Ariston Thermo allows all companies to independently request to become a potential

Supplier. The registration process can be started by first accessing the Vendor Portal's public area,

2.2. Acceptance of terms of use

At this stage the Company must consent to Ariston Thermo's processing of its company data

through the Vendor Portal in accordance with current regulat
