We have had the pleasure of having her as an intern for digital art painting for the past seven months at Don Bluth Films. She worked with us as a digital ink & paint artist concentrating on coloring animated characters and animated special effects. For 45 years, Don and I have worked together in the animation industry. First, under the instruction of the great Disney artists early in our careers working on films Robin Hood, Winnie the Pooh, The Rescuers, Pete’s Dragon, The Small One and The Fox and the Hound. We established a drive for quality film-making, which carried over to the creation of our own animation studios. The Secret of N.I.M.H., An American Tail, The Land Before Time, All Dogs Go to Heaven, Thumbelina, Anastasia plus iconic video games, Dragon’s Lair and Space Ace are just a few examples of the films that we have produced and directed that have received both critical acclaim and box office success. These films helped usher in the Renaissance of a second Golden age of Animation in the nineties. We are known and respected in the industry for re-introducing high production values & special effects to animated feature films. Some of the finest animation artists, who now work at the many top companies worldwide, got their start working with us. We are honored to provide references for Arielle.
