Please allow us to introduce Areál Botanika, which will transport you to the beautiful nature of the Kři-voklát Forest, only 20 km from Prague. It is an ideal place for the organization of wedding ceremonies and parties in our beautiful garden or interesting interior.

Areál Botanika is a small multifunctional hotel complex with overall accommodation capacity of 54 beds, **** category, divided into apartments and hotel rooms in two separate buildings. There is a glassed-in garden summer house with a gar-den grill and smoke box located on an extensive plot of land, used in summer for the realization of wedding receptions and consequent informal meetings of newly married couples‘ friends and grilling. At the same time, Areál Botanika offers many possibilities for outdoor activities – tennis courts, horse stables, a nine-hole golf course and a relaxation center that includes a sauna, Jacuzzi, outdoor heated swimming pool, gym and cosme-tics and massage studio.

Areál Botanika is a small multifunctional ho-tel complex located in the beautiful nature of the Křivoklát Forest; Areál Botanika offers its guests:

Accommodation in two separate buildings:

Hotel Botanika – new modern building with 14 rooms of **** category, a rustic restaurant with an overall capacity of 80 places, terrace, small saloon for approx. 10 persons and a children‘s area.

Vila Botanika – reconstructed building offering accommodation in five apartments of **** category with an overall capacity of 22 beds. There is a cozy restaurant with a fireplace and outdoor terrace lo-cated on the ground floor. In summer, a covered

summer house – outdoor area – with garden grill, fireplace and smoke box is used for the realization of wedding receptions and consequent informal meetings of newly married couples‘ friends and grilling.

2. CAPACITY AND ACCOMMODATION PRICELIST

The wedding ceremony can be realized inside the hotel or outside, in the garden. It is necessary to arrange the date of the wedding ceremony in advance with the Registry Office, Municipal Bureau in Unhošť – telephone No.: 312 698 421

Lease of premises, necessary furniture and overall arrangement of the wedding ceremony are provi-ded for 3.000 CZK + VAT.

Drinks are charged according to actual consump-tion and in prices stated in the drinks menu of the Hotel Botanika.

Upon the first contact, the engaged couple is 1. informed about suitable free dates. A suitable date should be chosen and confirmed within a 14-day term; after the expiration of such a term, the offered dates will no longer be reserved for the client.

After mutual agreement of a chosen date, the 2. client settles an obligatory advance deposit fee in a magnitude of 10,000 CZK; in the case of a cancellation, the advance deposit fee will not be returned.

14 days prior to the event, advance payment 3. will be settled in a magnitude of 50% of the event’s budget; payment is due seven days prior to the event.

The remaining 50% will be settled based on 4. a confirmed realization of services, after the event, directly in Areál Botanika. If additional services are provided that are not stated in the order, the price of such services will be included in the final amount. Should the client

cancel the event seven days prior to its happe-ning, the following cancellation terms apply:

10,000 CZK – cancellation of event after obligatory reservation of date

10,000 CZK + 10% from price of event - cancellation of event seven days prior to date of its happening

10,000 CZK + 50% from price of event - cancellation of event one to three days prior to date of its happening

10,000 CZK + 90% from price of event - cancellation of event on the date of its happening

Article 1Subject of agreement

The contractor realizes catering or other additional services for the above-stated event in the framework of its offer that constitutes Appendix No. 1 herein.

The contracted is insured for case of damages caused by its employees.

Article 2Prices of services and payment

The price of catering for ordered …….......... persons, including all costs, is ..……………… CZK excl. 19% VAT. The price of accommodation for ................persons is .........………….. CZK excl. 19% VAT.

The price for drinks consumption (according to the drinks menu of the Hotel Botanika restaurant) and ser-vices ordered and provided outside the framework stated in the order will be accounted in a final invoice, based on the customer’s confirmation of the realization of services.


The customer is obliged to settle an advance deposit fee for the reservation of the chosen day in a magnitude of 10,000 CZK no later than ....................... until 6 p.m. If the advance deposit fee is not settled in the agreed term, it is deemed that the customer withdraws from the agreement and this agreement will be terminated on the date when the advance deposit fee should have been settled, and the reservation is cancelled.

On…………….. (14 days prior to the actual event happening), the customer is obliged to pay an advance deposit fee for the realization of the event in a magnitude of 50% of the event’s budget; such an amount is due no later than seven days prior to the event’s happening. If the advance deposit fee is not settled in the agreed term, it is deemed that the customer withdraws from the agreement and this agreement will be terminated on the date when the advance deposit fee should have been settled.

An additional payment according to the realization of services confirmed by the customer in a magnitude of ……………… CZK increased by the price of drinks consumption and other provided additional services is due after the event, on the premises.

Article 3Cancellation fees

In the case that the event is canceled, the customer undertakes to pay a cancellation fee to the contractor:

Article 4Other agreements

The customer declares that he/she has the financial means for payment of the subject of this agreement, also in the case that he/she provides the subject of this agreement for other person/persons. In regards to the content of this declaration, in the case of a delay with payment of the final invoice by more than one month, the customer is obliged to pay a contractual penalty in a magnitude of 10% of the unsettled amount.
