Main runners (ref: Charcoal 09) shall be positioned at 1200 mm centres and securely fastened to the

structural soffit using straightened 2 mm diameter galvanised mild steel wire positioned at 1200 mm

maximum centres. All main runner joints shall be staggered, and there should be a hanger

positioned within 150mm of the fire expansion point, with the maximum suspension from the

perimeter not to exceed 450 mm. 1200 mm cross tees (ref: Charcoal 09) shall be connected to and

span the main runners at 1200 mm centres. 600mm cross tees (Charcoal 09) shall be and shall be

placed at 600mm centres between the the 1200mm cross tees forming a module of 600 mm x 600

mm.

Hangers: Straightened 2mm galvanised mild steel wire.

Protective finish to suspension systems: Galvanized.

Perimeter trims: Angle trim 32mm x 19mm (ref: Charcoal 09) securely fastened to vertical wall
