1-APPLY THE INK REVEALER Using a preloaded FLEXOMAIDTM

sponge, rub a 2-square-inch area of cleaned roll. Save the sponge for Step 3.

2-LET IT SIT FOR 30 SECONDS For the UV-ink revealer, add about 10 ml of water to the roll to create an emulsion.

3-RUB THE ROLL WITH THE SPONGE AGAIN Repeat Step 1, rubbing vigorously to pick up any residual ink.

4-CHECK FOR COLOR ON THE SPONGE Any color on the sponge indicates that ink residue was left in the cells. A white sponge means your roll is clean!

Note: If the last ink used on the roll was white, rub the sponge against a piece of black plastic or fabric. Caution: Always wear gloves and safety glasses.
