Sending troop s to I raq and Afghanistan and starting the long war, in several fronts, and in areas where there was no precise identification of them, Led, America endure the very serious human and material damages. Economic crisis, which occurred after it, placed the Republicans and George Bush, in a difficult and insurmountab le position. The war has claimed many lives and usurped over 1 trillion in tax dollars, with the President requesting tens of billions more. This year, a record 3 MILLION Americans have lost their homes, breeding the worst mortgage crisis in U.S. history that George Bush does not have the mental capacity to fix. On the other hand, America's behavior raised outraged of public opinion in the world and in US. Being published the mistakes and behavior of American soldiers in Iraq and other countries led many to call George Bush a big liar. The news of Abu Ghraib and Guantanamo were a coup de grace, for the Republicans and George Bush. This was a chance for democrats and especially for Barak Obama to change the scene of America's presidential campaign to win. Obama With many promises to overcome the existing problems came to the presidential election. ³I'll be a president who finally makes health care affordable and available to every single American, the same way I expanded h ealth care in Illinois, by« And I'll be a president who ends this war in Iraq and finally brings our troops home« ³ Obama came with the promise of change not just in US for all other countries that they were effected by Americas policy. But Obama doesnt have a brilliant record. After 4 year s he couldnt change anything about insurance in US and Medical insurance still is big problem for people in United States. About Guantanamo also nothing changed and It is true that a large numbers of American troops left Iraq but still the condition of Iraqis is not better than before.
