2. GIUSEPPE ARCIMBOLDO *He was born in Italy (Milan) in 1526 or 1527. So, he was Italian. * In 1562, he became court portraitist to Ferdinand I at the Habsburg court in Vienna. *He was known for creating imaginative portrait heads made entirely of such objects as fruits, vegetables, fish, flowers and books. *He was a painter (artist). *He died on 11th July 1593.
