BackgroundWho is Wayne Elise aka "Juggler"?

Or, more specifically, what are these post archives about and what do they have to do with his involvement with the"Seduction Community"?

Wayne Elise, aka Juggler, was one of the main characters in the best-selling book The Game: Penetrating the SecretSociety of Pickup Artists, released in 2005. He also wrote a chapter in that book, but was a member of the seductioncommunity long before that, going back as far as 2001 when he was first written about in the New York Times. These are your friends that you were out with. They were teasing you. I willgive you a hint. We only really tease the people we like.

I have been in this situation. I have taken a girl I wanted to impress over tomeet my friends thinking they would make me look good but instead they began tobust on my pants (I like ugly pants). So I got upset and the girl was notimpressed.

But what I should have done is to lighten up and realized that my friendsteased me because they loved me. Instead of letting it be a sign to the girlthat I was loved and appreciated I let my ego invent some sort of lack ofrespect issue.

When you are teased enjoy the teasing. Laugh at yourself.

Now as far as your girlfriend not wanting to have sex. You may be coming acrossas a man who just wants sex and not sex with her - this is akin to masturbationand will not turn your girlfriend on. Be very careful about making ultimatumsand demanding sex. This is an ASF myth. You may get sex in the short term butin the longer term you will be creating resentment and not building her sexualinterest. You need to make her feel sexual. Back up and rediscover why you areattracted to her. Be specific. You may find that you aren’t attracted and it isjust about blowing your load in a hole - if that is the case than you shouldmove on. But you may find that you can regain that attraction that you bothonce shared.

Good post. Hope everybody gets better. I remember your nephew - he’s a cool guy.

This reminds me of one time this summer. I was doing street shows at a resort and I did some stuff that they almost kicked me out of the resort for.It was stupid, almost embarrassing prankish stuff I did with a magician friend. In any case I patched things up with the management but I was angry and I admit a bit rattled. But I went out and did the best show of my life. I justdid not care what anyone thought of me and I did the wierdest stuff I have ever done in front of an audience. The state was so strong that it was entrancing.

Yes this is all true. But it is the nature of most communities. New people come in - old people like us move away. And our community has evolved. Yes, some people are guilty of cheerleading but some others may just be really into a particular way and it’s just easier to say, "X method is great!" rather than rehashing the whole system. But I don’t know, I have lost touch with this board as well. But it still feels like home.

So I went down to Austin to speak at the summit on Friday. A few thoughts:

After being in this community for many years I finally met Formhandle. He

and TokyoPUA are cool guys. I didn’t expect them to be. I thought Form would be shorter and more sarcastic and.. bitter somehow. But he was laidback and funny and a great speaker. I got a good vibe from TokyoPUA but was sorry to

miss his presentation on how to be the President on Saturday.

I hated the Austin guys. They were too well organized and too cool. They

gave me the proper amount of time to speak, a good microphone and had

their shit figured out. Now how will I ever be happy going to other, less well

run events? You bastards.

Austin felt like home. I might move there one day.

I owe Harmless an apology. I kinda jumped down his throat a little while

sarging on Friday night while I was running a group. He is a cool guy too.

When I enter a night club I am a little nervous. It’s dark. People are dressed

up. I don’t know anyone and people as a rule are standoffish. But as I begin to

talk to those first few people I make friends. I begin to feel relaxed and thenI

spread out.

I have recently realized that the average pick-up artist approaches his seduction environment quite differently. He runs around and does sets.

He may do 20 cold approaches per night. He has to re-motivate himself,

re-calibrate, decide on an opener and approach 20 times. This seems alien

to me and frankly I think it is time to consider it an old-fashioned concept.

When you go out you should do 1 cold approach - the first one. After that the

rest are warm approaches. You bounce off of people. You establish roots. You

make friends.

One of my favorite things is to become friends with a group of people and

then catch the eye of a girl, smile, wave and approach. I am not a strange guy

approaching, I am the ambassador of my group. You can literally meet everyone in a club this way.

This is not advanced. What it takes is a commitment to see other people as

possible friends and not as possible enemies. It takes an ability to establish

trust and make friends quickly.

Amplifying responses is like walking a big dog. Its really difficult to stophim

from chasing a squirrel by directly pulling on the leash in the opposite direction. I learned this the hard way recently by being knocked off my feet by

my friend’s dog - a St. Bernard/race horse mix and being dragged down the

street in front of HB 9s I wanted to impress.

The way to control is to go with the dog’s momentum. Then pull from the

side. The dog goes in a big circle and ends up heading back the way he came.

Very subtle and frustrating to any headstrong pooch.

Amplifying really shines when you use it to scramble a ’bad’ response.

Her: "I hate all men."

You: "I know exactly how you feel. I felt the same about women for awhile

after I broke up with my girlfriend last year. She burned all my clothes andlet

my rabbit loose and mailed my grandmother a lump of coal."

When you amplify you can take control and when you have control you can

direct.

To use your example:

I knew a guy who asked for a girl’s phone number and she said, "Why?" He

regarded this as a shit test. One little word threw him for a loop. So later

he stayed up all night preparing an armada of cocky and funny comebacks so

next time he would blow her battle ship right out of the water.

But I suggested to him that maybe she just really liked him and she justwanted to know what his purpose of getting her number was. "Are you going

to call he and see me and romance me and kiss me and make love to me in

the wet grass? Or do you just want to act platonic. Tell me now so I don’t get

my hopes up."

Girls are generally tired of guys who can’t get escalate and this frustration can

come out in ’shit’ tests. Be aware.

I agree completely with Jay here. Height does matter.

Let me give you a quick example. One of the jobs I used to do was to be astilt walker at festivals and parties. When I first began I spent a lot of time

learning how to walk on the highest possible silts. Bigger is better right?

Well, what a waste of time. As I learned over the years, the most important

thing is to talk and connect with the people. When my head was five feet over

everyone’s head this is impossible. I had to shout down and most of what

was communicated was my spit.

So I learned to lower my stilts to a reasonable distance so I could talk with

people.

And often when I am out teaching I wish I was just a little shorterand

I am always looking for a chair to sit down on. I want that eye level contact. I

think the ultimate pick up artist would have adjustable legs like Inspector

Gadget.

But funny you should mention this because the first episode of our television

show Seduction School is called ’Size Doesn’t Matter’. So maybe I am wrong.We will see.
