C&H Schonsee CRU

C&H (part of the Katz Group) Schonsee is a unique addition to an existing retail development in North Edmonton. The simplicity of the massing allowed for attention to be spent on materials and key points of interest. This is a refreshing depar-tureture from much of the standard commercial retail design seen in Edmonton. This project will be com-pleted in 2018.

Heartland Crossing

Our second project with the Taliani Group, this 12,000 square foot commercial buillding was originally developed as leasable space. During construction it was converted to office condominiums and successfelly sold. While an irregularirregular site complicated the floor plan, the simplicity of design resulted in a uniquely economic building.

This CRU lays in the heart of Fort Saskatchewan close to a previous project: Heartland Crossing. Sharing similar features to the former project, Heartland Square is aimed to host office professionals in a smaller area. This project will be completed in 2018.

Heartland Square

Tri-Village Retail

A Key component of the Tri-Leisure village. this series of buildings was developed as the “town square” of the development. Incorporating a unique metal panel design, the development was surprisingly affordable to complete and leased immediately.immediately. The project was completed in 2015.

Newport Centre

An existing building, the Newport Centre is in a key location connected to the MTS Centre, home of the Winnipeg Jets. The purpose of this project is to re-position the main and second floor as an entertainment retail hub, incorporatingincorporating an anchor restaurant and other uses. LED signage holds key areas at the street corner and top of the building.
