Housing Project : The challenge of a private villa in a suburban area

Designing the most common areas used in a private villas, which are the guest’s area

Restaurant : (Location : Panoramic view – Dead Sea) The designing for this restaurant was to suit the very high climate of the area , but yet achieve

the satisfaction of the customer with the experience and view in the dead sea

Shows the study of Louis Kahn’s techniques such as the “shade and shadow” technique.

• It’s the study of asymmetrical plans along with diagonal elements of the building.

Dwellings Project :

• This was one of the most challenging project of all, because I was creating 22 housing units , based on a grid , located on a very steep slope , along with an old Amman view from the front . Circulation was determined from the very dominant yellow element which is the pathway , that brought all the elements on the land together. Green roofs were very vital here.
