Design exercises on complex building problems emphasizing innovative ideas incorporative formal

and functional expressions, environmental qualities, circulation and linkages and organization.

Children didn't like binding. They want freedom, excitement. Any type of obstruction or irregularity can stop their mental growth .I want to express their mental need through this design . In a word freedom, wideness, transparency Must be expressed in my building form. Building may relate to their surroundings in the most positive way. Such factor view, site factor ( Lake is considered as forces directly or indirectly on the form ).

By respect the lake as a force and I want to create a natural environment inside the building mass .

When a child come to the then at a glance he / she get a wide aprarture of the whole building .

Objectives:

Mending the Scar : Urban Design vision for Dhaka's abandoned rail tract .

We challenge the students to create compelling visions for a new urban public space on these open spaces of the existing rail line . Innovative visions from the students project can demonstrate how well these underused lands can be used .

This project seeks to identify proposals for reuse of these existing rail lines and the adjacent open spaces that :

Define a comprehensive vision for the reuse of these open spaces as a successful public open space .

Propose a solution which will create an environment that might include ( but is not restricted to ) landscaping/ planting , art related uses and recreational amenities.

- “Education through entertainment” was the main concept of this project. Both children and elder person who will visit the complex can learn about aquarium, interactive science museum, plant and animal center etc through entertainment. Omni- max theatre gives them an idea about space
