    the Airport?

ARCA E-News Message By Joyce Foust and Nancy Walker

    A Reminder to ARCA Residents—

If anyone needs a ride to and from Detroit Metro

    Airport, please contact:

    Tom Mitchell—————789-9895

When you call, please leave a message and he

    will return your call.

In the May newsletter we mentioned that a new controller would be installed

at the well house. This has been completed and we are now in compliance

with the DEQ requirements that resulted from their last site review. Two DEQ

(now called EGLE) water quality engineers were here for another site review on Wednesday

July 31st. We meet all their requirements.

There are some water leaks in the well house that are causing corrosion and deterioration of the pumping equipment. The board has authorized repairs that will run $985 and was com-pleted on July 31

st. There was no interruption of our water supply. Our water quality continues

    to be excellent.

  • 4th of July Picnic Enjoyed by Residents By Joyce Foust and Bernie Dewland

The 4th of July Hot Dog Roast was a big success! Fifteen residents enjoyed good com-

pany, a spectacular variety of food and amazing punch.

Jim Dewland served as chef and grilled the hot dogs to perfection.

We may make this an annual event!
