 Packaging  Each  Blind  will  be  packed  individually  with  brackets  etc.  included  in  package.      

Lead  Times  3  -­‐  4  weeks.  [Due  to  blind  construction  use  of  timber,  quarantine  may  add  a  few  days  to  delivery  time.]  

 Order  Forms  An  Excel  order  form  is  provided.  NB:  ALL  ORDERS  MUST  BE  PLACED  USING  THIS  ORDERING  SYSTEM.

Promotional  Materials.  Swatches:  

Olso  Blinds  NSW  will  provide  swatches  at  cost.  

Showroom  Blinds/  Sample  Blinds:  

Olso  Blinds  NSW  will  assist  with  subsidised  showroom  and  sample  blinds.        

Multiple  Blinds  Multiple  Blinds  on  a  single  head  box  are  not  possible.    

Warranty  Materials  and  Workmanship  are  covered  for  1  year  for  normal  use  of  blinds.  Warranty  does  not   include  damage  

from  abuse,  inappropriate  cleaning  agents  and  methods,  careless  handling,  freight,  installers  mishandling  or  blinds  

made  outside  of  recommended  sizing.  

Component  parts  (excluding  Slats)  are  covered  by  a  further  2-­‐year  warranty.  

This  additional  warranty  excludes  labour,  freight,  installation  etc.  

Product   failure   after   3   years   will   be   assessed   and   should   a   legitimate   claim   be   approved   a   pro-­‐rata   basis   of  

correction  will  be  applied.  

Digital  photographs  should  accompany  any  warranty  claim.  

 Suitable  Locations  Timber  Venetian  Blinds  look  great  in  almost  any  situation.  However  there  are  some  environments  that  should  be  

avoided:  

  Very  breezy  or  windy  locations.  [Slat  edges  will  be  damaged].  

  In  reach  of  pets  or  young  children.  

  Where  blinds  are  continually  moist.  [Mildew  will  eventually  form]  

  In  locations  where  chemicals  are  strong  –  eg:  chlorine  from  indoor  pool  or  spa.  Outdoors.
