IMPORTANT – READ ALL INSTRUCTIONS BEFORE USING GENIUS ULTRA

Before the first use, test the Arbonne skincare products you will be using along with the Genius Ultra on the inside of the forearm. Wait 24 hours to check for any sensitive skin reaction. If any reaction occurs, discontinue use.

CAUTION

1. Use the Genius Ultra only for its intended use, applying appropriate Arbonne skincare products to your face, neck, and décolleté, as described in these directions. Do not use the Genius Ultra with attachments or products not recommended by Arbonne.

2. Do not use the Genius Ultra directly on the eye or eyelids.

3. Do not use the Genius Ultra in combination with over-the-counter or prescription drugs, including but not limited to, acne medications such as benzoyl peroxide or salicylic acid, sunscreens or skincare products containing avobenzone, homosalate, octinoxate, octocrylene, octisalate, oxybenzone, benzophenone-3 or zinc oxide.

4. Do not use the Genius Ultra over open wounds, cuts, burns.

5. The Genius Ultra is intended for household use only. It is not intended for use by children.

WARNING

• Do not use the Genius Ultra while bathing or in the shower.

• Do not submerge the Genius Ultra in water.

• Do not clean the Genius Ultra while it is charging.

• Do not use or store the Genius Ultra or charging cable near water, or where they can be dropped or pulled into water.

• Do not operate the Genius Ultra or charging cable if either component has been damaged, dropped, previously or currently immersed in water or if the cable is frayed or damaged.

• Keep USB charging cable away from heated surfaces and water.

• Do not attempt to disassemble the Genius Ultra as this can result in void of warranty.

CONTRAINDICATIONS

If you are pregnant, have a pacemaker or a skin condition, consult with your physician before using the Genius Ultra.

Getting Started

When to Use

The Arbonne Intelligence® Genius Ultra is recommended for use twice a day: morning and night. Simply apply your Arbonne skincare product onto a clean face with the Genius Ultra and be sure to apply a broad spectrum sunscreen after using the Genius Ultra as a final step if used in the morning.

Before Use Charging the Genius Ultra

The Genius Ultra will come with a partial charge so you can begin use immediately. When the battery is low, the logo on the backside of the Genius Ultra will glow on and off continuously, notifying you that charging is required.

To charge the Genius Ultra, it is recommended that you use the USB cable that comes standard with your device. Connect the cable to the back of the Genius Ultra and then plug into one of these three power sources:

• Wall power outlet - Plug your charging cable into a USB wall adapter (not included) of correct voltage, then plug the adapter into the wall.

• Computer - Plug your charging cable into the USB 2.0 or 3.0 port on a computer that has been turned on and is not in sleep mode. Do not use the USB ports on your keyboard.

• Power accessory - Plug your cable into a powered USB hub, docking station, or other appropriate accessory.

As your Genius Ultra charges, the logo will glow on and off continuously. When it reaches a full charge, the logo will remain fully lit. The light will turn off when unplugged from charging or when not in use.

Your Genius Ultra USB plug can work for 120V/60Hz voltage. Do not use a voltage converter, as this will damage the product.

Note: Arbonne recommends charging your Genius Ultra overnight for a full charge. However, your Genius Ultra will blink at 30% charge and can be used at this point. If it takes more than 8 hours to charge your Genius Ultra, please contact Arbonne Customer Support.

Warning: Do not charge your Genius Ultra in or around any water. Doing so could increase your chances of electric shock, serious injury or device malfunction.

Using the Genius Ultra

For best results, follow the steps below:

Step 1: Clean your face using water and your Arbonne cleanser.

Step 2: Apply desired amount of Arbonne skincare product to the face.

Step 3: Turn on the Genius Ultra by pressing the power button. You will feel a slight vibration and see the lights on the front of the Genius Ultra light up. Select your desired level of warmth (32°C, 34°C, or 36°C) by pressing the comfort button one, two, or three times until the appropriate LED light is illuminated.*

Step 4: Holding the Genius Ultra comfortably in your left or right hand, gently position it on the selected area of your face to which you have applied the Arbonne skincare product, taking care to avoid use directly on the eye or eyelid.

Step 5: Using a circular motion, slowly and gently move the Genius Ultra around in overlapping circles to apply your Arbonne skincare product. The Genius Ultra will automatically turn off after one minute. Pat any remaining skincare product onto the skin. Do not rub.

Step 6: Repeat steps 4 and 5 on other areas of the face as needed.

Step 7: When you have finished using the Genius Ultra, clean it with a soft cloth or by running the tip of the Genius Ultra under slow running water after each use. Do not submerge the Genius Ultra in water or clean it while it is charging. Dry thoroughly and store on your countertop or in a safe, dry area.

Personalizing Your Skincare RegimenThe Genius Ultra has three options to allow customization of your comfort and relaxation level during your skincare routine. The comfort button above the on/off button allows you to select different levels of gentle warmth (all below average body temperature) based on your preferred comfort level. Because skin is thinner in certain areas of the face such as beneath the eyes, using the Genius Ultra at the lowest warmth level may be more comfortable on those areas. You can select the level of warmth that feels most relaxing. If the Genius Ultra feels too warm, remove it from the face and press the comfort button to select a lower temperature and finish the regular cycle.

*Please note that the LED lights on the front of the Genius Ultra may not remain on while you are using the Genius Ultra. The Genius Ultra is still on as indicated by the illuminated Arbonne logo on the back of the Genius Ultra. Should you wish to change the temperature of the Genius Ultra, simply press the comfort button until the appropriate LED light is illuminated.

Start at the center of your forehead and move outward toward the edge of the face, continuing in circular motions on both sides taking care to avoid direct contact with your eyes or eyelids.

Eyes• RE9 Advanced® Lifting and Contouring Eye Cream

• RE9 Advanced® Corrective Eye Crème

• RE9 Advanced® for Men Eye Repair Cream

Start from the inner brow area. Using short, circular motions, work your way up and along the brown bone to the temple and repeat motion on under-eye area.

Note: We recommend using the lowest temperature setting (32°C) for the eye area. The Genius Ultra is not to be used directly on the eye or eyelid.

Lips • Arbonne Intelligence® Lip TreatmentMove from the right side of the mouth to left side of the mouth covering all lip surface area and skin around the lips using circular motions.

Cheeks

• All RE9 Advanced® products that do not contain an SPF broad spectrum claim

• All Calm products

• Arbonne Intelligence® Rejuvenating Cream

Start at the center of your face (to the left or right of your nose, taking care to avoid direct contact with your eyes or eyelids) and move outward, continuing in circular motions over the entire cheek area, as well as along and underneath the jaw line.

Neck &

Chest

• RE9 Advanced® Age-Defying Neck Cream

• Arbonne Intelligence®

Start from the top of your neck on the left side and work down toward your chest using circular motions. Repeat this motion, moving from left to right in vertical sections. For the chest, start from the center base of your collarbone and move outward using circular motions in a horizontal direction. Work your way down the upper part of the chest. Repeat on both left and right sides.

For all other Arbonne products that are not listed above and do not contain over-the-counter drugs, e.g., sunscreen-containing products, acne cleansers and treatments, please conduct a patch test as described on page 7 before use.

When using the Genius Ultra near your eyes for the first time, we recommend using the Genius Ultra on the lowest warmth level (32°C) as the skin around the eyes is very delicate and has a thinner layer of fat than the rest of the face. Avoid using the Genius Ultra directly on the eye or eyelid.

Caring for Your Genius Ultra Keep your Genius Ultra stored in a dry place at a temperature between 68°F to 80°F. Avoid direct exposure to sunlight to protect the components. When battery is low, the Arbonne logo on the back of the Genius Ultra will glow on and off continuously, notifying you that charging is required.

To charge the Genius Ultra, please see instructions in the Getting Started section on page 4.

Your Genius Ultra USB plug can work for voltage between 100V–120V. Do not use a voltage converter, as this will damage the product.

Note: Over-charging or partial charging should not shorten the battery life of your Genius Ultra. If it takes more than 8 hours to charge your Genius Ultra, please contact Arbonne Customer Service at 1.844.4AGENIUS.

Cleaning

We recommend cleaning your Genius Ultra after each use with a clean soft cloth or by running the tip of the Genius Ultra under slow running water. Keep in mind that only the chrome tip of the Genius Ultra is water-resistant.

Do not submerge the Genius Ultra in water at any time or clean it while it is charging. Dry thoroughly and store on your countertop or in a safe, dry area.

Troubleshooting If your Genius Ultra is not working or turns off before the timer is finished, it may need to be recharged. See Charging the Genius Ultra on page 4.

WARNING: Do not use or charge your Genius Ultra if you experience any of the following:

• Your Genius Ultra feels too hot

• Your Genius Ultra will not turn on

• Your Genius Ultra will not charge

Limited Warranty Your Genius Ultra and associated hardware accessories are warranted to be free from defect in material and workmanship for a period of one year (two for EU residents) under normal use from its original purchase date.

If you discover a covered defect in materials or workmanship in your Genius Ultra under normal operating conditions before the warranty period expires, contact Arbonne Customer Service at 1.844.4AGENIUS or email us for assistance by filling out the Customer Service form at arbonne.com. If we confirm a defect covered by this limited warranty, we will replace your device with a new device that is the same as or similar to the device you purchased.

This warranty does not cover:

• Accident, misuse, abuse, neglect or alterations

• Servicing by unauthorized persons

• Contact with any products other than the Arbonne products recommended

• Use with unauthorized accessories

• Normal wear and tear, including chips, scratches, abrasions, discoloration or fading

• Any other conditions beyond our control

Return Policy To enjoy use of the Genius Ultra, we recommend you use it exclusively for at least 30 days. This will allow you to find the most personalized and comfortable way to adapt the Genius Ultra into your skincare regimen. If, after that you are not satisfied, we will replace or fully refund your purchase within 45 days from the purchase date.

A 45-day money-back guarantee is offered on all Arbonne products to Clients (including Preferred Clients). Clients not completely satisfied may return the purchased products to their Arbonne Independent Consultant for a replacement or full refund within 45 days from the Client purchase date. A signed and fully completed Product Return Form must accompany a product return. Shipping fees are non-refundable. Please allow four to six weeks for processing. Promotional products and gift items may not be available for replacement, and may, at Arbonne’s discretion, be exchanged for an item of equal value. The product guarantee applies only to Clients who order from an Arbonne Independent Consultant, an Arbonne Replicated Website, or directly from Arbonne using an Arbonne ID.
