Objective : The mentor encourages the mentee to use their

available resources to identify solutions both professionally and

personally.

selected/ 25 registrations overall.

4)Calling the shortlisted alumni and asking them the relevant

portfolio which they would like to coach and then allotting them

their mentees

5)Announcing the Mentors/Mentees on Social Media and the

internal database.

6)Physical/Virtual meetings both with the VPs and Departments

scheduled for the following week

subsidize the accommodation of interns.
