Aqua Pump. Intervals of cardio and resistance work. Aqua Fitness. A 60-minute water class that focuses on cardio fitness, muscle conditioning, range of motion and flexibility in a smaller, more intimate learning environment. Aqua Sprint. Intense drills done in lap format, in between your favorite choreography. Splash your way into shape with an invigorating low-impact aquatic exercise. Known as the Zumba® “pool party,” the Aqua Zumba program gives new meaning to the idea of a refreshing workout that’s cardio-conditioning, bodytoning, and most of all, exhilarating beyond belief. Webbed Workout. Aqua gloves are provided for a great workout that brings you to a new level of resistance in the water! Whole Water Works. Choreographed combinations, high-intensity intervals, and toning ... this class gives you the works! CYCLING Members: All cycling classes require sign-in at the Service Desk due to limited space. Sign–in begins 1/2-hour prior to the start of class. Power Cycling. A group cycling class consisting of a challenging, 60-minute ride. A workout that will surely leave you addicted! (Raw Power in Motion). The stationary cycling phenomenon from down under. Group fun to great music! Extended. Our RPM class with two extra tracks! 75. One hour and fifteen minutes! 90. You got it - one hour and a half! Cycle 45. This 45 minute class will introduce indoor cycling to new riders, including bike set up and technique, while still keeping more seasoned riders challenged and motivated. MIND/BODY A combination of Tai Chi, yoga, and Pilates choreographed to music that is guaranteed to lift your spirits! PILATES ESSENTIAL MAT (FREE to Members!) A class for those new to Pilates. This class introduces the Pilates method of exercise and its basic principles. Advanced Yoga. Class is designed for the seasoned yoga student who wishes to explore Hatha yoga poses and concepts at a deeper level. Knowledge of basic yoga pose alignment, as well as an ability to modify, is necessary. All Level. A class where beginners practice alongside long-time practitioners. Asanas (yoga poses) will be introduced and deepened step by step. Stretch Yoga. An all-level yoga class that focuses on learning poses, breathing techniques, and yoga philosophy, all while improving flexibility. This is a simple, athletic workout with high-intensity intervals followed by muscle conditioning that will shape and tone your entire lower body and push your fat burning systems into high gear! Is the low-impact group fitness workout that lets you choose just how hard you work. Using the VIVE TM balls and tubes you’ll enjoy a 55 minute workout broken into three blocks: Heart fitness, functional strength, & core. EXPRESS. This format consists of the cardiovascular fitness tracks only. An intensely challenging 30-minute core workout that gets you results where it counts the most. Fit Over 50. This class is designed to challenge the mature adult. Low-impact activities and weighted exercises strengthen your heart and build muscle tone in one workout! This new dance program lets everyone become the star of their own dance-out, with hot yet simple moves that anyone can cut loose to! Step Circuit Challenge. Boost your metabolism, strenthen your heart and challenge your muscles with intervals of high intensity cardio will alternate with intervals of functional strength and balance work. Class ends with 15 minutes of core stretching work to leave you feeling stronger and more fit than ever before! Total Body Conditioning (TBC). A full body strength, toning and cardio class using weights, tubing, and body bars. A great metabolism booster! Zumba® fuses hypnotic Latin rhythms and easy-to-follow moves to create a dynamic fitness program that will blow you away! Zumba Gold provides an appropriate workout for those just beginning a fitness program or looking for a less intense dance class. Young at Heart. This class incorporates low impact aerobics with resistance training/moderate sculpting moves to keep the bones and joints healthy. Appropriate for beginner exercisers.
