Star Program (Learn to Synch)The Star Program is a skill development program

that offers swimmers a progressive, step-by step introduction to basic skills and sequences.

It progresses through to advanced skills and routine components where swimmers can become proficient at the sport, no matter if a swimmer pursues it via a recreational or competitive stream.

It includes evaluation through the initial levels, Star 1-10, followed by the Superstar 1-7 award levels.
