Application Specifications Chadux employs Vessels of Opportunity (VOO) to transport and deploy response equipment. VOOs are spill response platforms (not simply crew transport) with trained crew members. There are several classifications of VOOs in Chadux’s program. Class 2- Large Response Vessel Typically a landing craft or tender type vessel. May have some berthing for response personnel. Class 3- Large fishing/ work vessel Larger fishing vessels with deck space for response equipment.
